This aircraft had an interesting history according to a book called “Iona: Ireland’s First Commercial Airline” by Michael Traynor (copyright Michael Traynor) and was used on its Dublin - Sligo route. According to Mr Traynor “Iona operated the Cessna 337, EI-AVC, for ten years until they sold it on to the 337 Flying Group, Dublin on 7 May 1985”. EI-AVC was decommissioned in approximately 1999/2000.
