Revenues. 1922 Handpainted essay for an embossed 200 rupee revenue stamp, in red and Chinese white on tracing paper, affixed to card dated "14 JAN 1922", 83x107mm. Also a photographic essay of the arabic numerals, to be used in the date slugs of the embossed oval revenue die, affixed to card with the English equivalent "4.8.20" written below, dated "10th January 1922" and endorsed "Zanzibar", 86x93mm. A unique pair of essays, from the De La Rue archives. (2). Photo on Page 270.
