A Stuart Models 'Real' Vertical Steam Engine. A well constructed model from brass and cast iron castings of a mid-19th Century single cylinder colliery engine as used in factories and workshops. Mounted on an oak plinth with a brass plaque which reads 'Colliery Pony Engine 1" bore 2" stroke 1850-1950' and under a glass dome. Finished in blue. Flywheel approx 180mm diameter. VGC for age. £150-200
