spine with raised bands, gilt in compartments. All edges gilt. Endpapers foxed. Full page fine watercolour coat of arms.

*Manuscript on 39 pages in Scott-Gattys hand, with the following inscription on the title page; I hereby Cetify that the Alms and Pedigree of Cunliffe are upon record in the College of Arms London A. S. Scott-Gatty Garter 25 February 1910.
