A 50 bore tutenag (German silver) flintlock boxlock pocket pistol by Wallis of Hull, c 1800, 6” overall, turn off barrel 1½” with fern tip engraved muzzle and dog tooth band at breech, which has Birmingham private proofs and is signed “Wallis, Hull”; rounded frame engraved with trophies of flags and musical instruments; with raised pan, top safety which locks the frizzen, hidden trigger, rounded chequered walnut butt with silver escutcheon, and engraved tutenag butt cap.
