VERY EARLY (DATED 1330) VELLUM DEED WITH ORIGINAL WAX SEAL REF. KINGSTON ON SOAR(?); Fine small 1330 vellum folded Deed (215x50mm excluding suspended seal; easily fits on any album page) with 95%-complete original circular wax seal of "WILL DE BODEN [Burton on Trent??]" still attached; written in a fine hand in Latin apparently concerning land near Kingston and sealed at the settlor's house "Apud Kin[g]ston". With a fine list of witnesses' names inc. "Willm de Gotham" and dated "3rd year of King Edward III" [=1330]. Fine deed from a very early date.
