A rare .177" "Abas Major" 1st Model air pistol, number 957, marked "Abas Major" on the left of the air chamber and "Reg Design 845425" and "A A Brown & Sons B'ham" on the cocking lever, the right of the cocking lever marked "Abas" in triple circle and "Prov Pat", the cocking lever with pellet gauge, and with plain brown bakelite grips. GWO & C, with some original blued finish overall (area of rust and pitting on the right side).
