MARITIME/MILITARIA: Fascinating archive of original arrangement plans for H.M.S. Glorious, a Royal Naval Battle Cruiser commissioned in 1917, later converted to be an aircraft carrier and sunk by the German Battleships Scharnhorst and Gneisenau on June 8th 1940. The plans include forward sections as fitted port side looking aft, after sections as fitted port side looking forward, rig plan, G arrangement of armour and protection as fitted, section of H.M.S Glorious in Thompson graving dock Belfast, and ship's drawing holding tube.
