A FINE EDWARDIAN SILVER EWER
by Elkington & Co Ltd, London 1908, of helmet form with a caryatid handle, the body with an applied bold gadroon girdle, lobed cut-card lower decoration, beneath the lip is an applied mask of Diana on a shell ground, raised on a gadrooned flange and spread circular foot with swirl fluting. 31.5cm high, 65.2 troy ounces
The marks are clear. There is no personalised engraving. The ewer is generally in very good overall condition.
