The watercolour is framed, and protected behind glass. Overall the painting is in very good condition. The colours are good, there does not appear to be too much, if any fading. There is a very small spot of colour in the sky, but this may be a paint splash from when the painting was executed, please see photos.
The mount board is not acid free, but it does not appear to have discoloured the paper to the edge, (although difficult to ascertain for certain without removing the picture from the frame).
The mount has some stains, and the frame some small areas of wear.
