Railway. Modern Traction with some BR Steam and infrastructure. A slipcase slide album with approx. 480 x 35mm, mostly original colour slides (approx. 300), on mixed film stock, interspersed with some Colour Rail duplicates. The albums were put together by T.P. Cooper and we will be selling these over the next few auctions as it is such a large collection. This selection focuses on modern traction from 1968-74, with an emphasis on the locations rather than locomotives. The slides are therefore in alphabetical location order and cover all regions of the U.K. The majority of the slides feature modern traction with some BR steam and also some stations. Most of the Colour Rail catalogue numbers are 1000+. Usefully, most of the slides are captioned on the mounts, with locations rather than loco numbers. Copyright will pass to the buyer on the original slides only, these are mostly labelled TPC and date from 1970. Sample illustrated.
