A Chinese yixing octagonal teapot, the knop formed as a recumbent water buffalo, the body incised with a landscape and calligraphy (autumn landscape), the underside with relief moulded trigrams and yin-yang, and with incised characters bearing the signature of Gu Jing Zhou and dated the year of Wu Zi (1948), approx 17cm wide, 8cm high
In good condition with no obvious faults.
