A RARE AND CHARMING ELIZABETH I/JAMES I CARVED OAK MALE TERM, CIRCA 1600-20. The full-length figure having a 'naive' carved face, with wide moustache and square chin, wearing a doublet and trunk hose, topped by a spray of tobacco leaves, his pointed shoes forming part of the plinth decoration, 51cm high, 11cm wide.
