Obverse: bust D, low ruff left-facing crowned head with a small rose behind, a star mintmark and the words 'ELIZABETH · D · G · ANG · FRA · ET · HIB · REGINA' around. Reverse: shield of royal arms quartered by a long cross cross pattée, the date above (1564 over 1563), star mintmark, 'POSVI · DEVM · ADIVTOREM · MEVM' around. Weight: 2.96g. Diameter: 26mm. Grade: nF - mid-tone, light scratch on the head, slight undulation, near Fine.
