A Philip Christian Liverpool sparrow beak cream jug, of unusual bulbous form, painted in the famille rose taste in polychrome enamels, yellow and red lappet border, loop handle, 10.5cm high, c. 1770
Please see attached images. Good condition with expected surface wear to enamels. Firing blemishes as expected, e.g. pitting, pooling of glaze, the handle slightly sagging. Inner foot rim with contemporary overglazed nibble.
