The surrounding openwork is adorned with grain-set silver-cut diamonds, accentuated by a combination of vibrant oval mixed-cut emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and amethysts. The reverse is designed with intricate foliate details, and the pendant is fitted with a bale and a concealed brooch roller catch.
