A 4.5" high beaker by Moorcroft. Background colour is dark turquoise on the base going up to green at the top. Decorated with a yellow and red crown and the works May 12th 1937. (These were made in advance of the coronation fo rthe king who abdicated before his coronation.)
Firing fault on foot. Severe crazing to glaze. Maybe hairline crack running from top, difficult to see.
