A rare Samuel Alcock porcelain figure of a standing poodle holding flower pot in its mouth, C.1835-50, with impressed ‘17’ to base, together with a similar porcelain figure of a standing poodle, largest measures 7.5cm long
The Samuel Alcock example appears to have been broken and repaired at the ankles and one foot has been replaced, the other poodle also has had a foot replaced and a chip to the base
