A limited edition David Winter Cottages "Spencer Hall Gardens" model, made in 1995, limited to 4300 this one being 2412, the cottage presents superb detail throughout and comes complete with its original box, paperwork and COA, the model is in excellent condition with no damage and displays very well. This particular model was very expensive when new! Has a height of 20cm a length of 20cm and a depth of 20cm.
