A 19th century gold and black onyx? set fob seal, modelled as a seated monkey with ruby coloured eyes, the matrix carved with ornate crest, (a.f.), 32mm, gross 8.2 grams.
CONDITION: Severall quite prominent dents and a hole to the gold around the base of the seal and a coupe of small knocks to the head of the monkey.
