A late Victorian silver centrepiece, with frosted glass trumpet shaped insert, by Cornelius Joshua Vander, of rustic fruiting vine form, on circular 'rocky' base, London, 1888, overall height 40.5cm, base weighs 19.1oz.

Chip to the glass on the top rim. Base quite tarnished in general, otherwise in good order, commensurate with age and mild use. Hallmarks clear.
