Post 1953 East Surrey Bandsman's Home Service Helmet
black melton cloth, four panel crown. Rounded peak and rear brim with black composite edging. Gilt top cruciform and spike. Gilt side rose heads supporting the gilt chin chain with leather backing. Brass, QC backing star with central East Surrey circlet. Green cotton under brim lining and crown lining. Leather sweatband. Clean condition.
