A Japanese Satsuma vase, late 19th century, the short neck leading to a raised ruyi head collar with thunder key motif, the ovoid tapering body with gilt paulownia and peony within a gilt foliate scroll ground with blue reserve, signed to the underside Satsuma Yaki, 26cm high
Some small and fine hairline cracks on the foot rim. Otherwise in good condition.
