1827 Front with part lower flap from Parsonstown to Dublin, the date altered from "July ten" to "11th", handstamped red inspectors crown and scroll type "DATE ALTERED" (DDA, lower frame apparently dotted), charged 1/4. The only recorded example, charged because the sender did not initial the alteration in the date. Photo on Page 40.
