A Burmese Silver Bowl with Figural Relief.
A repoussé and chased silver bowl from Burma (Myanmar), finely adorned with high-relief depictions of mythological and courtly figures in arched niches, possibly inspired by Jataka tales or scenes from Ramayana. The upper band is encircled by scrolling foliage and floral motifs, while the bulbous body is richly detailed with dynamic, animated figures.
