AFRICAN BRONZE PLAQUE - Benin Bronze Ancestral Plaque, 16th- 17th c, depicting three young men, naked other than jewelry and hair ornamentation, finely incised tattoos. Includes scientific analysis and export forms. Roughly 17 1/2" x 14" x 2 1/2". Nice warm age patina, minor corrosion loss. From a private Wiscasset, Maine residence.
