[1d] Blue on blued paper (4 margins) tied by a light "1" numeral; addressed to "Dominica" (v. fine 30 Dec. backstamp), endorsed "p. Mail", having mostly fine 'anonymous' Barbados encircled c.d.s. (crease) and double-arc "BARBADOES" c.d.s. on reverse; charged "4" (incoming inter-island Ship Letter rate) on arrival. Unusual inter-island mail, carried by RMS Conway.
