A traditional English children's hand carved wooden rocking horse. This full size horse has been finished as a piebald example. It's fitted with a bottle green felt with leather sided saddle showing signs of wear also with bridal and reins, broken at one end. Also fitted with leather straps with metal stirrups, with real horse hair mane and tail. Mounted on a standard wooden frame with an overall length of 142cm. From hoof to hoof is 117cm. Height to top of the head from ground up 133cm. GC for age, in working order, but in need of some minor restoration. £300-500
