A worksplate HUNSLET ENGINE COMPANY No 2261 of 1940 from a standard gauge 0-6-0ST new to Richard Thomas & Baldwins Ltd, Redbourn Iron and Steelworks, Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire with the running number 11. Renumbered REDBOURN No 23 in 1960. To British Steel Corporation with the site 28th July 1967. Scrapped around 1968. Cast brass, 11½"x8", the front repainted. (Postage Band: B)
