1913 (23 AUG) 4d blue registered postal stationery envelope, used from Bulawayo to Johannesburg, uprated with 1910-13 1d carmine-red x2 (SG 124) and 1d rose-red (SG 125) and tied by fine to very fine strikes of ‘REGD BULAWAYO / S.
