A late 19th century Greek alphabet sampler, inscribed and dated 1888, with panels of Greek and Latin alphabet script, within simple meander and repeating borders, 18½ x 21½in. (47 x 54.5cm.), modern frame. Good condition - colours very strong. Light speckling to pale ground.
