Pear cut diamond appears to have a very slight pinkish blush in our opinion.
There is a minor gap between milgrain setting edge and point of pear cut diamond. (seen with loupe)
Milgrain setting edge is worn.
Inclusion seen at 5 o'clock, doesn't appear to be surface reaching.
Emerald shows rubbing, minor nibbles and nick to table facets.
Minor inclusions seen to emerald.
Emerald is bright and lively.
Repair seen to tip of setting edge of emerald pear cut.
One rose cut diamond is missing to centre of head.
Setting edge is low in some areas commensurate with age and wear.
Ring would benefit from a clean.
Areas of repair to under bezel.
Shank shows evidence of possibly being later, examples include visible joins to shoulders.

Emerald measurements: 8.3mm L x 6.5mm W x 3.7mm D
