The cream enamel dial with black Roman numerals and outer minute track, inscribed 'IMPROV'D PATENT 14755', the movement with scroll engraved diamond set balance cock, signed George Ewen, no. 4755, hallmarked London 1840, 50mm. Doesn't wind or run.
