FRAMED PORTRAIT MINIATURE.
29.5 grams. By repute depicting Elizabeth Pelham.
Very fine and highly detailed portrait.
The high carat gold and silver frame of gorgeous entwined design.
Set with rich and vibrant rubies, believed to be Burma.
And bright and lively rose cut diamonds.
Verso a richly decorated hair work, set with diamond initials E.P. and a pearl set buckle.
The miniature monogrammed on the back RC.
Portrait approx. 4 x 3.3 cm.
L. 6.5 cm.
