Watercolour on paper in honest untouched condition, colours probably a little faded but still with fair strength, ground paper slightly discoloured with a few scattered fox marks particularly near the top left and some acid stains around the mount, measurements are given for the image not the inscribed margin, later card mount and gilt frame
