1897 Pattern Infantry Officer's Sword


32 1/2 inch, dumbell blade.  Central fuller.  Etched foliage panels and crowned GRV cypher.  Forte with maker "Hawksworth Sheffield".  Steel foliage pierced guard with crowned GRV cypher.  White metal checkered backstrap and plain pommel.  Composite grip with twist wire binding.  Contained in its steel scabbard with two loose hanging rings.
