Imperial German Seitengewehr M1898/05 Butcher Bayonet


14 1/4 inch, single edged blade widening towards the point. Wide fuller.  Forte with maker "Ernst. Busch Solingen".  Back edge dated "17".  Steel, turn up crossguard.  Steel pommel. Grooved, wooden slab grips.  Contained in its steel scabbard.  Some surface rusting.
