1947 registered envelope with KE VII 12a and KG V 1½a chocolate, local rubber handstamps in black, tied by Deh-Rawal CDSs of 17 SEP.  Reverse with State Crest, three strikes of Mushir-i-Tasrifat handstamp, and registration selvedge with part further CDS.  Neither stamp is listed in I&A;
