An Edward VII silver cased bedside timepiece, maker Henry Matthews, Birmingham, 1903, of rectangular outline with loop handle and raised on squat bun feet, having a 4cm Roman dial the movement with lever platform escapement. 10cm high handle up.
The movement appears not to be working, but the balance wheel is moving freely. Dial badly chipped in two places.
