German World War II tank binoculars, inscribed Rathonov and numbered 21906, 29cm in length
The lenses are intact and the coloured lenses are working. They appear to focus correctly. There are black spots visible when looking through both ways. When looking through the wrong way there appear to be some blurry patches and scratches? No visible chips or cracks
