TWO YELLOW METAL LATE VICTORIAN BROOCHES, the first a small flower shape brooch set to the centre with a faceted circular cut carnelian in a chantellie surround, fitted with a brooch pin and C clasp, Dutch control mark for 14k gold, the second brooch set with an oval cut carnelian inlay to the centre, flanked with leaves and scrolling patterns on a yellow metal with Dutch control mark for 14k gold, fitted to a white metal frame with brooch pin and C clasp, length 48mm, approximate gross weight 8.4 grams (condition report: general light wear in keeping with age, both pins in working order, overall condition good)
