quarter length in uniform coat with epaulettes, order and medal, on tapering socle base, inscribed behind Pubd by Lidory's / Truro / 1817 / Lord Vis / Nelson -- 20in. (51cm.) high
Thought originally to have been ebonised and re-painted white. Appears to be in good condition for age, his crown has what may either be a witness line for an old repair or was part of the original construction.
