Underpaid & so with London "INSUFFICIENTLY/PREPAID" on the front beside red circular "PD" overstruck by London inspector's "50" numeral; with blue m/s "6½" arrival charge (backstamps inc. 5 blue Wolfenbuttel cds/delivery marks).
