A large late 1890’s fan with unusual cream silk ribbon work detail applied to spotted net, mounted à l’anglaise, loops of the ribbon extending past the guard height, the polished bone monture carved and small silver stars fill roundels on both guards and gorge sticks, height approx. 37cm including the extended ribbon
In good condition with an area of foxing or rust to the left; lacks a few silver stars.
