All works with some surface dirt and general wear, particularly to the unframed edges, commensurate with age. In addition, the portrait of the gentleman has been laid down, and this is starting to tear at the lower and upper edges. There is a hole to the board at the centre of the upper edge on the seascape (approx. 5mm diameter). There is also a considerable amount of surface dirt and discolouration.
