The GS is a small family car manufactured and marketed from 1970 to 1986. The GS received a facelift in 1979 and was subsequently marketed as the GSA from 1979 to 1986. The GS was voted European Car of the Year for 1971 and was noted as technologically advanced, with class leading comfort, safety and aerodynamics.
The vendor has owned this car since 2015. The car is in very good condition, and has the Owners Handbook, Full History and the original Service Book to support the very low mileage of 33,000 miles. The car was owned by a gentleman, and when he died, it was passed on to his son who stored the car in the vendor's storage facility from 1992 to 2015, when it was purchased by the vendor. After purchase by the vendor the car was serviced with a new cam belt, new exhaust, new plugs, new leads, new coil, new oil and filter and engine flush, all brakes were checked, and several other ancillary replaced (there are receipts to show this), and a new MOT.
The vehicle has never had any welding to it and does not need any, it was Ziebarted from new. This looks to have been owned by non-smokers, none of the ashtrays, front or rear have been used. Marque specialist The Chevronic Centre, say that this is a very rare car, and they don't know of any other late GSA Pallas in Silver with a Grey cloth interior, or in such nice condition.
The car is being sold without reserve.
