A SMALL 19TH CENTURY ENGRAVED LIDDED TABACCO BOX, ELECTROPLATED, SILVER ON COPPER, ENGLISH. Of rectangular form with canted corners, the lid with beaded 'urn' finial, all sides engraved, including hunting and tavern scenes, all sides of the body again engraved, the front inscribed 'VERNON ARMS' 'BAKEWELL' below 'Robert Gladwin', with further hunting and fishing scenes, the underside engraved 'C. HILL', 'Engraver', '1885', on cast claw and ball feet, height 12.8cm, width 9cm.
