Five good and varied beaded bags from c 1900 to the 1920’s: a good woven bead bag with embossed gold metal frame, chain strap, push button opening, silk lining, “Made In France”, the beadwork in gold and silver with geometric design, small coin purse inside; a blue beaded bag with draw-string opening, star design with tassel to the lower section, red roses and leaves elsewhere, kid lining: a third bag in strong colours with looped f ringing and silk to the draw section, lined; a large woven beaded bag in warm shades of orange, ginger, red, green and turquoise, crochet draw fastening; and a pear-shaped bag with pointed, filagree gold metal frame, the powder blue bugle beads worked in 6 panels of floral designs, in various colours, lined (5)

The lining of the first bag is shattered. The lining of the second bag is dirty. Bag 3 appears in good order. The large bag has 2 small repairs noted. The final bag appears in good order.
