The 2014 rendition of The Mentors Chenin Blanc reflects the journey of our winemaking craft and the ever-evolving interpretation of this noble grape variety. Although hailing from the Loire region of central France, Chenin Blanc has found a unique expression in our vineyards and we have sourced fruit from the best vineyards in Paarl. This complex version exudes finesse, structure, and a delightful fresh acidity. With subtle oak use and a touch of malolactic fermentation, we've embraced the richness of it and created a wine that stands as an artistic interpretation of Chenin Blanc.
