BENTINCKS BLISTER CELLADEMA POT LID. 3ins diam. Blue transfer featuring a horses head to centre - with two animals heads each side! Varied lettering between three borders. This veterinary pot lid was used to package a cure-all for horses and marketed by the maverick proprietor Harry Bentinck Budd around 1895. He was declared bankrupt in 1899. Blow images up online for close scrutiny. Very rare.
